The Azby Greenhouse
Our 3,000-square-foot Greenhouse facility is located on the roof of Monroe Hall on the main campus of Loyola University New Orleans. Open to both students and faculty, the rooftop greenhouse provides a crucial resource for teaching and research in biological, botanical and environmental sciences.
Environment Facilities
As one of several interdisciplinary programs on campus, the Environment Program consists of various faculty that reside in different departments and colleges. Currently, over 15 faculty in 9 academic departments and 4 colleges participate in this program. Offices and research laboratories of the faculty in the Environment Program are located in various departments and buildings on campus, including Monroe Hall, a state of the art science and media building.
