Political Science major, Kristen Lee, was selected as one of 25 students to participate in the Pre-Law Undergraduate Scholar Program at the Chicago Kent College of Law.
Bob Cowser Jr.'s first book, Dream Season was a NY Times "Editor's Choice" and "Paperback Row" selection. His second book, Scorekeeping was published by the University of South Carolina Press. His third book Green Fields, about the murder of a grade school classmate is forthcoming from UNO Press.

Nate Thacker graduated this spring as a double Philosophy and English Literature major. He received a six-year fellowship with stipend to Penn State, and will be teaching a freshman English course next fall.

Political Science alumna, Lauren Campisi, practices law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Lauren is an associate in the firm McGlinchey Stafford in the New Orleans office, focusing her practice on banking law, consumer finance regulatory and compliance law and commercial litigation.
Adrienne Williams Haines (B.A., philosophy, cum laude, 1997, Loyola University) completed her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2000. Licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, Adrienne has practiced in the areas of corporate law and toxic tort liability defense. Additionally, she served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in Orleans offenses. Adrienne is currently a trial attorney for Progressive Casualty Insurance Group and resides in Lakeview with her husband, Joseph, and dog, Izzy.

Jennifer Gibilterra received her bachelors of arts in Philosophy and Economics from Loyola in 1993. With over fifteen years of business and managerial experience, Jennifer is Senior Vice President and National Business Development Officer at Nexity Bank in Atlanta. Prior to that, she worked for the Federal Reserve Bank both in New Orleans and in Atlanta, eventually holding the position of Assistant Vice President. During that time, Jennifer was selected to participate in two executive development programs, one at Harvard Business School and the other at Columbia University.
Tami Hotard earned an English degree at Loyola in 1993, and a Master’s degree in English at Oregon State University. Her book The Beauty of Breast Cancer is to be released and she is currently working on a thriller about the haunting of Charity Hospital in the aftermath of Katrina.
