On October 28th at 12:30 pm in Miller Hall 114, the Neuroscience Program hosted its first Colloquium of the 2025-2026 academic year, co-sponsored by the Department of Psychological Sciences. The event featured a presentation from Dr. Julie Markant, a professor at Tulane University with a research focus on mechanisms that link the development of selective attention and efficient learning during infancy and early childhood. Her presentation "Experience-based Attention Biases to Faces in Infancy, Childhood, and Adulthood" explored these concepts.
