Loyola Hosts the Francophone Film Festival | Loyola University New Orleans

The Francophone Film Festival began on March 10 with a welcome from His Excellency Rodolphe Sambou, Consul General of France in New Orleans. Mr. Sambou addressed the audience with a thoughtful introduction to Army of Shadows (L’Armée des ombres, Jean-Pierre Melville, 1969), along with words of encouragement for the Francophone Studies program and its Francophone Film Festival.
