Loyola University New Orleans is asking a very simple question to all Saints fans across the Gulf South: “Are you ready for some football???”

Marlene Sharp, A '92 , was named the the new Director of Development  for Rubicon Studios.

The Philosophy Department offers its eligible majors an opportunity to complete their degree programs with departmental honors by writing an Honors Thesis in their senior year.

The Loyola University Center for Environmental Communication (LUCEC) co-hosted a workshop with the Poynter Institute for Journalists on the Gulf oil disaster on August 23-25 at The Times-Picayune Headquarters.

 

Dr. Talukdar presents paper at the 105th annual meeting of the American Sociological Association August 14 - 17 in Atlanta, Georgia. 

In August 2010 political science major, Alexander Tan, won Best Advocate Award for a mock trial competition hosted by John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL.  Alex was selected as one of 24 students from across the country to attend this program.
