Lysander Schleh’s research interests include generative grammar, gesture, and all aspects of second language acquisition. His most recent research project has been a study of the grammar and sociolinguistic dynamics of Yangxin Gan, a Sinitic language spoken in Hubei, China. He has also published research in Text and Talk and the Journal of Universal Language.
Lysander received a B.A. and M.A. in English from George Mason University in 2014 and 2016, respectively. In 2023, he received an M.A. in Linguistics from Tulane University, where he is a PhD candidate in Linguistics.
