Psychology Students Recognized at Louisiana Academy of Sciences

Congratulations to Psychological Sciences major Chelsey Thomas, whose senior research work won the award for best undergraduate oral paper presentation in the Social Sciences division of the Louisiana Academy of Sciences (LSA). Chelsey recently presented her work in collaboration with Dr. Erin Dupuis in a presentation entitled "College Students' Parental Attachments and their Anticipated Concerns for Work-family Conflicts" at the 86th meeting of the LSA at LSU-Alexandria.

Psychological Sciences major Amy Sprout, also won the award for best undergraduate poster presentation in the Social Sciences division of the Louisiana Academy of Sciences (LSA). Amy recently presented her work in collaboration with Dr. Lawrence Lewis in a presentation entitled "Effects of Visualization and Physical Practice on Motor Performance and Self-efficacy" at the 86th meeting of the LSA at LSU-Alexandria.
