Psychology alumna is named finalist in TV special

Stacy Horn Koch '88 lives in New Orleans and is the mother of two boys. She is the executive director of Covenant House New Orleans, was voted one of the five finalists in an NBC special, "America's Favorite Mom."

Though she didn't win the contest, Stacy did win precious national airtime to talk about Covenant House, the Treme neighborhood nonprofit that offers support and shelter to homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth. She also received $25,000, a gold pendant, a year's worth of flowers, and a washer-dryer set.
