Jessica Cosgrove is a Pre-Med major in the Psychology Department. She is President of Loyola’s Chapter of Psi Chi (psychology’s national honor society) and a member of Alpha Sigma Nu (the Jesuit national honor society). Jessica also serves a peer tutor for Psychology and Chemistry at the Academic Resource Center on campus. She has conducted research related to memory consolidation in the neocortex at the Tulane campus and has also assisted as an intern at the Seafield Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in New York. Jessica is also playing her part in the Jesuit mission of community service by volunteering for numerous organizations including the Association for Retarded Citizens, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and C.A.R.E. Further, Jessica has received numerous recognitions including the Dean’s List and receiving the Dean’s Scholarship.
