Dr. Bernard Cook, Provost Distinguished Professor of History, was invited to deliver a series of lectures on United States foreign policy since the end of the Cold War at univesities in Moldova. He spoke at the American Studies Center of Moldova State University in Chisinau, at the Moldovan Institute for International Relations, and at Slavonica University.
