Dr. Adil H. Khan participated in Xavier University's Institute for Black Catholic Studies panel discussion entitled, "Race, Culture, and Spirituality."

Chad Landrum receives Hanger Award at Phi Alpha Theta session of annual LHA Conference

Neal Outland, Psychological Sciences major, was awarded “Best Oral Undergraduate Presentation" at the Louisiana Academy of Sciences. The presentation was entitled, "Understanding the moderating effects of racial identity on the association between race-related stress and hypermasculinity."

David Vumbaco has been accepted to an Interdisciplinary PhD program in Neuroscience at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.

John Pachankis, Loyola Class of 2002 (Ph.D., clinical psych, State University of New York, Stony Brook) has accepted a position as Associate Professor, Department of Social & Behavioral Sciences, School of Public Health, at Yale University starting this summer 2013.

Douglas Alexander, a Physics junior, received an award for best undergraduate poster presentation in Chemistry, Physics and Earth Science category at the 87th Annual Meeting of the Louisiana Academy of Sciences held on March 9, 2013 at Grambling State University.
