Dr. Gary Herbert, Professor of Philosophy is editor-in-chief of Human Rights Review, an international, interdisciplinary journal published by Springer Verlag. The journal publishes scholarly articles on the moral and political interpretation and application of human rights legislation in the international community, and all related human rights issues. He is also a guest editor of Hobbes Studies, an international peer reviewed scholarly journal published by Brill.
