All students in NURS 473: Integrated Practicum are required to have an individual policy for professional liability insurance prior to engaging in required practicum activities. A copy of the insurance policy face sheet must be provided to the faculty and will be placed in the student’s file in the School of Nursing Office. Note: Verification of liability insurance must be completed by the date specified by faculty in NURS 473. Any student who has not verified ownership of liability insurance by the designated date will not be permitted to engage in practicum activities and may be required to withdraw from the class.
