As stated in the Loyola University New Orleans Undergraduate Bulletin: “Students have a right to know their grades as they are given during the term. If a student feels that she/he is not being graded justly, the student should first consult the course faculty. If this consultation proves unsatisfactory, the student should then consult the Director of the School. If the student still feels
that the problem has not been resolved, she/he should consult the college Dean. The student has the right to appeal a given grade to the Dean up to 30 days after the beginning of the subsequent term, excluding summers”.
