Lesley Lucas, Honors senior majoring in English Writing, has received a position teaching English in France through L'académie de Poitiers. This is through the Teaching Assistant Program in France for the 2010-2011 academic year, sponsored by the French Ministry of Education. Lesley will assist the English teacher at one of the schools in that region, practicing with the students and teaching them about American culture.

Ms. Lucas is also the editor of ReVisions, Loyola's undergraduate literary magazine, and the director of the 1718 reading series.
