The College of Humanities and Natural Sciences seeks to educate and graduate students who understand and appreciate the accumulated knowledge of the humanities and sciences, human culture and the Judeo-Christian tradition; who understand the interrelated nature of all knowledge;
who are able to think critically, evaluate alternatives, and make ethical and moral decisions; and who have a commitment to the Ignatian tradition of a life of justice and service to others. Additionally, it is the mission of the college to contribute to the expansion of knowledge through the scholarly and creative activities of the faculty.
