Jim Schott (BS, Biology 88) is the Director of Entergy Corporation’s Energy Management Organization. In this role, Jim directs short term planning and day-to- day operations including power transactions, fuel supply and electric generation dispatch for the Entergy system. Entergy provides electricity to over 2.5 million customers in Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Mississippi. Jim is a 20 year veteran of Entergy having served in a variety of roles including Superintendent at the Sabine Power Plant in Bridge City TX, Manager of Environmental Services for the Entergy Fossil Power Plant Fleet, and Director of Capital Projects. A native of Lafayette, LA, Jim earned an MS in Chemical Hazard Assessment from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health after graduating from Loyola. Jim is married to Karen Radosevich and has two children, Sarah (12) and Alexander (11) and resides in The Woodlands, TX.
