Elisabeth Lee

Elisabeth was born and raised on the West Bank of Jefferson Parish and is generationally from the Greater New Orleans Area (and proud of it). They are a first-generation college student and is one of only three in her generation to complete a Bachelor's Degree. After completing her Associate of Arts from Delgado, Lis transferred to what she considers the best school in New Orleans, Loyno, and has recently completed a Master's in Library and Information Science degree from Louisiana State University.

During her undergraduate career, her research focused on Lesbian and Gay Issues in History and Global Politics. While in graduate school their research was based in community archiving and the retuning of materials to the communities that created them. She is an avid reader and movie-goer and loves to apply her humanities-based, Jesuit-educated, critical thinking skills to thinking too hard about the media she consumes.
