Topher Balfer, English Writing major, has been named as the next Editor-in-Chief of The Maroon, Loyola's student newspaper. Topher previously served as a proofreader, copy editor, and news editor at The Maroon. He also founded the paper's student art section, The Works, and wrote the paper's first serial fiction.
