Taylor Murrow graduated in May as an English/Writing major, communications minor from Metairie, LA. She was on the staff of ReVisions for four years and was Editor-in-Chief for two years. ReVisions is Loyola's student-run literary journal that features fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, and artwork all by Loyola students. The submissions are all judged anonymously by Loyola students as well. Last year, Taylor raised enough funds to have some of the artwork printed in color. During her freshman year, Taylor had poetry published in ReVisions (volume 18), and this semester she had poems published in The Wolf, another on-campus publication. She will be published in the next issue of The Tulane Review. Taylor is also a staff member on the 1718 reading series. Taylor hopes to continue working within the local literary community after college, whether in publishing and editing or something else. Taylor is currently at work on her Senior Thesis in Poetry.
