Achievements

Katrina Workman Berger '06 was named the Deputy Special Agent in Charge for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Office of Investigations in New Orleans, a division of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. As the No. 2 for the New Orleans' Office of Investigations, Katrina oversees the daily operations of the 16 Resident Agent in Charge Office of Investigations offices in Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

James W. Stewart '95, a former homicide officer from the New Orleans Police Department, is working for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) as the supervisor in the Florida Panhandle. He supervises the three FBI offices in Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach and Panama City. James was in Washington, DC, for three years as a counterterrorism supervisor and also was stationed for five months in Pakistan and detailed to the CIA.

Angela R. Maverick '91 graduated from the Texas Tech School of Law in May of 1994. She married in October of 1995 and has two sons, Tyler (2005) and Cameron (2001). She works in a small law firm (Andrews Barth & Harrison, PC) in Dallas and practices exclusively in the area of commercial real estate.
