Some of my work includes: Helping develop, review, enforce, and document curricular requirements and academic regulations for both campus-based and online programs; assisting annually with degree-plan updates and program changes which manifest in the University Bulletin; serving as a Drupal web-editor; assisting in the coordination of fall, spring, and summer course-schedules with academic departments and the Registrar; training faculty and staff on ERP procedures, and resolving issues for and with same; training faculty, staff, and students to utilize degree-tracking software, as well as resolving issues for and with same; researching and articulating transfer credits for prospective students, as well as study-abroad credits for current students; assisting with on-boarding for traditional and online students; participating in retention and persistence initiatives; coordinating the spring and summer new-student registration survey and registration team-members across colleges; approving and processing requests for Minors and for 2nd Majors; coordinating dual-diplomas with other colleges; reviewing and approving cross-enrollment requests and study-abroad course-selection; auditing students' records and recommending successful candidates for certification of graduation.
