Sociology Alum Charles J. Brody, Ph.D., class of 1976, has been named Vice President of Academic Affairs at Misericordia University in Dallas, Pa. He will serve as the Chief Academic Officer with oversight of academic programs and personnel and affiliated units such as the library and the Student Success Center. Most recently, Brody was the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. He will assume his new role at Misericordia University effective July 1, 2015
