Environmental Science with Teacher’s Certification

This program introduces students to the global and regional environmental issues facing the planet today, and provides students with the knowledge and problem-solving skills that will enable them to understand our ecosystems and contribute to their future well-being. This program prepares students for graduate programs in ecology, natural resource management, and related fields. With coursework included for teacher’s certification, students will be prepared to teach in the secondary education setting (grades 6-12) and fulfill state requirements for a teaching certificate.
