Former television executive producer, Victor J. Montilla, A' is the president of the Puerto Rico Corporation of Public Broadcasting.  He is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Suncoast Chapter and the recipient of their  Governor's Award.  He has been awarded the title of Television Executive of the Year by the online marketing portal, AdNotas.  On July 7, 2008, he launched the first high definition production facility on the island.
