Daniel Mazier, A '08, was named one of New York City's most influential and connected public relations professionals by Sparkah.com.

"This is an outstanding accomplishment, " said Assistant Professor Valerie Andrews.

Mazier, a Phoenix native, was a member of the 2008 first place PRSSA Bateman Team. He moved to New York City after graduation and now works for Hunter Public Relations, a consumer product public relations agency, as a junior associate. 

"Take advantage of the countless opportunities offered by Loyola, like internships, study abroad programs and student organizations. Also, take the time to get to know your classmates and professors well. The relationships and connections you make with people now will be benefit you tremendously throughout your life, " said Mazier.
