Thomas Reding, '04 alumnus of the Pre-Engineering program, got a M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. Thomas has been doing collaborative research with the Mechanical Engineering and Earth and Environmental Engineering Departments at Columbia University and has defended his Master's thesis at Columbia in October'09. He has earned a GPA of 3.9 and published several papers. He is now applying to a Ph.D. program in Astronomy at the University of Colorado.
