Junior Janeicia Neely has added another athletic honor to her resume’.  The Southern States Athletic Conference recently named Neely to its All-Conference team for her standout play on the basketball court.

The journalism student from Kenner leads the passing effort for the Wolf Pack women’s basketball team, turning in an average 4.37 assists per contest. She ranks second on the team in points, steals, field goals made and three-point field goals made this season.

Neely ranks 16th in Division I in total assists and is now fifth on the Loyola all-time individual career assists list.

Neely finished 29th in the country in total assists this season.
