Dr. Cathy Rogers and Professor Valerie Andrews were honored with faculty awards at this year's College of Social Sciences Honors Convocation. Dr. Rogers was awarded the Excellence in Community Service award and Professor Andrews was awarded the Excellence in Advising award.

Both Dr. Rogers and Professor Andrews teach courses in public relations and other mass communication topics.

Students and faculty members were recognized for their achievements over the past academic year.
