Alumnus Kevin J. McLin Sr. was appointed the senior director of communications and public relations at Tuskegee University last month. McLin served as a member of Tuskegee's Presidential Transition Team and as a special consultant to the President's Inauguration Committee.

McLin has also worked as a spokesman and publicist for the late Michael Jackson.
