Alumna Frances Rios published her first book entitled, "The Glue Factor:Giving Presentations That Make Your Messages Stick." Rios' book highlights how to use effective public speaking in the age of Power Point.

Frances is the principal of Frances Rios Communications, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
