Political Science alumnus David Zoller is currently District Director for Louisiana State Representative Julie Stokes

David Zoller earned a B.A. in Political Science at Loyola in 2010.  He is currently the District Director for Louisiana State Representative Julie Stokes for the 79th district. David started his work in politics as an intern on Bobby Jindal’s first Congressional Campaign before moving on to a number of local and state elections while still in high school. David attended Loyola University New Orleans where he majored in Political Science and was both SGA President of the College of Social Sciences and President of the Political Science Honor’s Society. While in college David interned on Jindals second Congressional campaign before becoming Deputy Campaign Manager on a number of local and state races.  After graduating from Loyola, David moved on to Buisson Creative Strategies, a government and public relations firm, where he worked on a number of state and political races from city council to parish president. He also worked on the campaign to promote the Louisiana coast tourism after the BP oil spill. David decided to leave Buisson Creative to go out on his own as one of the founding partners of Zoller Consulting. In that capacity David served as Campaign Manager on Julie Stokes campaign for State Representative. After the campaign ended Rep. Stokes hired David to run her District office. David also works as an independent contractor for the YMCA’s international financial development organization on their annual conference.
