It is a Service Organization that attempts to acquaint students with the wide variety of health careers by giving them hands-on experience with health professions. Members of HPO are asked to make a serious personal commitment to support HPO in its effort to help health students succeed in preparing to enter the health career of their choice. HPO members are asked to attend each HPO meeting and event it sponsors throughout the academic year. Students from all areas of study are welcome to join.
