Chemistry students have the opportunity to be involved in a student-lead organization. Students participate in outreach activities and become acquainted with other chemistry students during social activities. Please contact the Chemistry & Biochemistry Department for meeting times and more information about these organizations.

American Chemical Society Student Affiliate Group

The American Chemical Society (ACS) Student Affiliate Group is a congressionally chartered independent membership organization which represents professionals at all degree levels and in all fields of chemistry and sciences that involve chemistry. The Student Affiliate Group at Loyola is comprised of chemistry majors, minors and professors.

Stop by the main office for the Chemistry & Biochemistry Department (MO129) to contact the student leaders for Loyola's ACS Student Affiliates group, or contact the Faculty advisor of the club, Dr. Amelia Neuberger, at neuberge@loyno.edu.
