Alyssa Anders
Alyssa Anders received her M.A. from the University of New Orleans. Her Master’s Thesis, entitled Enchanting Music: How English Playwright’s Used Music in Renaissance Witchcraft Plays, takes an interdisciplinary approach between the studies of music and English to show the necessary interrelated connection between the two fields to fully understand many literary works. Her other research interests include American literature, specifically the works of Zora Neale Hurston, literature dealing with occult themes, cultural studies, and fantastical fiction.
